Dr louise Neilson
Director
LOUISE has over 30 years' experience within food research and the food industry with significant knowledge of innovation, product development and design, food manufacturing, retail buying and category management. Louise has worked with established brands (Cadbury; Unilever, Marks & Spencer) as well as leading challenger brands (Dorset Cereals, Clipper Teas) and has supported start-ups with innovative products that address health, sustainability and bring novel, creative solutions to the market. Louise has also worked extensively with regional and national Governmental bodies to transform the food system through the development of sustainable foods and processes that address the challenges of food in the 21st century.
Andy Neilson
Director
ANDY is a professionally qualified and award-winning procurement and supply chain executive. For over 25 years he has delivered transformational change programmes with a variety of businesses, many of which have global reach. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply, the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, the Institute of Supply Chain Management, the Institute of Leadership and the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning, he is recognised for both his achievements as well as his industry leading knowledge within procurement, supply chain, training, and leadership.
Natalie Rouse
Nutritionist / Researcher
NATALIE is a registered nutritionist (AFN) and exercise physiologist with twenty years of experience working across nutrition, health, and lifestyle change. Natalie’s background brings together human nutrition with market trends, food industry regulation, NPD, and consumer psychology. Natalie has secured and worked on IUK, national and local Government and European innovation grants bringing a nutrition and health-focused bridge between academia and industry; developing interventional frameworks to meet nutritional shortfalls, through to delivering nutritional insight to aid the development of healthier diets. Natalie is currently studying for a PhD in Psychology at Swansea University.
Danni Walters
Researcher
DANNI is a Leverhulme Doctoral Scholar on the Critical Decade for Climate Change programme at the University of East Anglia. Her research focuses on the psychology of communication across diverse audiences, taking particular interest in visual narratives. Danni has worked as a freelance researcher across a variety of government funded projects. Incorporating her experience from her MA in Contemporary Art Theory and work within the art world in providing creative insights with commercial applications.
