Case Study

We were engaged by Paleo Foods, a start-up Free From business, to manage their sales strategy on a fractional basis. We managed the existing customer base of Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Ocado and the health food sector, adding new business worth £0.40m per year through the addition of new products into existing customers and listings into Holland & Barrett and Booths. We also managed the launch of the brand into a new category, securing full distribution into Waitrose worth £0.25m.

We also supported the development of the business infrastructure by introducing forecasting processes to manage 3rd party product manufacture and business analysis to review performance across sales, investment and company profitability. This helped to identify opportunities and challenges to address to ensure continued company growth and success.
